Career Changers:
Self Assessment: What’s in Here?
In order to clarify what you really want in a career, you need to clarify your key passions, values, skills, and what you want from your employer. I use a combination of career assessment tools and interviewing to help you gain this clarity. Clients are usually able to complete these activities by meeting once a week for three to five weeks.
Career Exploration and Decision: What’s Out There?
Once you are clear about your key passions, skills, values, and needs, you are ready to identify career options. I help you identify three or four viable options and research the field. This includes connecting you with former clients who work in the field. As an outcome, you will decide on a career direction and knowledge about typical career paths to reach this goal. Clients usually carry out this exploration and decide on a career objective in three to five sessions, meeting every other week.
